Experience

• In 1996, Law School of Shandong University and obtained the BAR license.
• In 2002, Haiying Xian graduated from School of Law of Chuo University, and started to work at Soga Law Office and, later at Kuroda Law Offices.
• Haiying Xian joined A&Z Law Firm in 2009.
• From 2012 until 2013, she was responsible for the establishment of A&Z Dalian office. Since 2013 until now, she has been in charge of the office and has been placed as head of this office.
